1. Periphery Enterprises does not at any time sell or rent any of our
client’s data. We use personal information provided by you mainly
to help resolve disputes, troubleshoot technical problems.
We may also use this data to improve our marketing efforts,
to tailor our sites content and services to better match the
needs of our users. Data is also used to track the usage of
systems within our network for security purposes and also to
allow us to change our infrastructure to meet future demand.
2. Although Periphery Enterprises uses best case practice at all times
to protect your personal data at all times,
we cannot guarantee that all or part of your
personal data and communications will not be
disclosed in ways not disclosed within this
document, for example the disclosure of information
to third parties as laid out by the laws of Australia
or the interception of your data whilst in transit by
malicious third parties.
3. We can disclose any information about you to law enforcement
or other governmental officials as we, in our sole discretion,
believe necessary, appropriate or as otherwise permitted under
the Federal Privacy Act 1988, in connection with an investigation
of any activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
4. You are responsible for all actions taken with any
credentials provided to you by Periphery Enterprises for
the use of systems etc. Therefore we do not recommend that
you disclose any credential provided to any third parties.
If you do choose to share any access to systems you have been
granted with third parties, you agree to take full responsibility
for any actions taken at any time using the aforementioned credentials.
5. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without
any notice to reflect any changes in law or problems with our
present disclosure policies. Subject to the provisions of the
Federal Privacy Act 1998, a client may request to access any
personal information collected about them by Periphery Enterprises
